Mission Australia Country Recovery for Families (MAC-RF) is a voluntary Youth Alcohol and other Drugs outreach program, for young people aged 10-25 years old and/or their families who want to make changes to their drug and alcohol use.

MAC-RF service hub is located in Berri and provides outreach services to Loxton, Paringa, Bamera, Renmark and Waikerie.

MAC-RF workers support young people (10-25 yrs) with substance misuse whose parents have no AOD concerns, can provide support to the parent/caregiver who have substance misuse whose children have no concerns and can also provide support to a combination of both.

MAC-RF program will also deliver educational workshops in schools about alcohol and other drugs.

Referrals can be made through various mediums; self, family/carers, community services, medical professionals and local schools.

It is a voluntary program so it is essential to take consent of the person before completing the referral.
