This service provides practical and therapeutic support for people who are misusing alcohol or other drugs through the provision of the ‘My Steps’ program . ‘My Steps’ provides the encouragement, guidance and therapeutic support that people may need to reduce or stop substance misuse and the team understand the impact that substance misuse can have on individuals, family and friends. ‘My Steps’ is a community-based program which can be delivered at your home, over the telephone, at work or at another safe community location.
