Finding help for alcohol and other drug problems

Daybreak is an online peer support service developed by Australian non-profit Hello Sunday Morning. The program supports anyone who would like to develop a healthier relationship with alcohol. From the safety of an anonymous online community, members can learn strategies to reduce their alcohol intake. Some of the benefits of Daybreak include the ability to discover tips from members, share experiences with others, and try out the cognitive-behavioural based experiments. The app is confidential, free and available to you 24/7.

Within the Daybreak app, members also have access to the Care Navigation Service. Care Navigators can speak with you about where you are getting stuck in changing your relationship with alcohol, and can also recommend information and services to help you get back on track.
