Daybreak is an alcohol behaviour change program and online peer support service developed by by Australian non-profit Hello Sunday Morning. The program supports you to develop new strategies to reduce your alcohol intake and includes chat based health coaching by trained mental health professionals.

The program is up to 12 months and can be used alongside other options for after-care. With activities founded on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy principles, the program is currently available through a mobile application interface.
