Mission Australia and Sonder are collaborating to support people diagnosed with mild to moderate co-occurring, substance use and mental health conditions. It offers counselling and care coordination from AoD Workers and Comorbidity Clinicians, and also offers access to Peer support from lived experience and First Nation Specific workers. Partners Toward Wellbeing prioritises support to Culturally and Linguistically Diverse communities as well as older persons, families and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people across the Adelaide Metropolitan Region. The service is funded by Adelaide PHN and free to participants.
