Our In-Home Withdrawal Service allows you to withdraw (detox) from substances in a confidential, safe, and familiar home environment with access to essential support from a skilled care team of an AOD nurse, AOD counsellor, and AOD peer practitioner working with a GP, ensuring a safe and successful detox.
Support for adults and young people aged 12 years and over with low to moderate substance dependence within Adelaide’s northern and western metropolitan region.
You can make a referral to this program by:
