Our In-Home Withdrawal Service allows you to withdraw (detox) from substances in a confidential, safe and familiar home environment with access to essential support from a skilled care team of an AOD nurse, AOD counsellor, and AOD peer practitioner working with a GP, ensuring a safe and successful detox.

Support for adults and young people aged 12 years and over with low to moderate substance dependence within metropolitan Adelaide.

You can make a referral into this program by

- Calling us on (08) 8209 0700 (Press 1 and then press 2)

- Have your GP or other service provider complete and fax through a referral form to (08) 8252 9433. Referral form can be found on the Sonder website (www.sonder.net.au) or by calling us on (08) 8209 0700.
