Thorne Harbour Health is Australia's largest and oldest LGBTI health service. The organisation is governed by community members and serve the health needs of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and intersex communities. This service has been providing alcohol and other drug treatment and support services to the rainbow community since 2010 and has recently been funded to provide services in Adelaide.

A lot has changed over the last 35 years, including the name. The Victorian AIDS Council (VAC) is now Thorne Harbour Health (The Cottage)
