New ROADs offers alcohol and drug (AOD) outpatient counselling, group therapies and residential rehabilitation services for those who are affected by substance use. Clients can work with staff to reduce harms associated with their substance use, identify triggers for use, and work on implementing new skills and strategies to reduce use and avoid relapse.

New ROAD’s offers support in a step-up/step-down approach which allows clients access differing levels of support at any point in their engagement. Various levels of residential rehabilitation are offered across the state, both in metropolitan Adelaide and regional sites for adults over 21 years of age. Clients interested in any level of support are encouraged to contact the service and attend one of the weekly intake sessions held at each site.
